Random generators and private list picker

Choose the task you need. Integer and password tools keep their established pages; ordinary range and PIN-length presets stay in local form state. The list picker below offers one place to draw or shuffle your own choices.

Random binary, hex and web colors

Generate only when you press Generate codes. Results stay in page memory; editing or clearing removes them. Only explicit copy or download exports output. Leading zeros are preserved. Repeated codes are allowed.

8 bits per code, excluding prefix. One binary digit is one bit; one hex digit represents four bits.

Limits: 1–1,000 codes, width 1–4,096 digits, and at most 100,000 output characters including separators. Web colors always use six hex digits (24 bits) and #. Secure Web Crypto is required.

RGB and hex conversion

RGB channels are integers 0–255. Hex accepts three or six case-insensitive digits with optional #; shorthand expands each digit. No alpha channel. Edits clear output; nothing is saved.

Private list picker

Paste choices, preview the parsed entries, then Pick or Shuffle. Lists stay in this page’s memory. Quotes are literal; separators inside quotes still split entries. Leading/trailing whitespace and blanks are removed. Identical text represents separate entries unless you enable deduplication.

0 parsed entries · 0 remaining. Maximum 1,000 entries / 50,000 characters.

    How list odds work

For entries “Ada”, “Ada”, “Bo”, an ordinary single pick gives Ada two of the three entry identities. Deduplicating makes two entries, each with one-half probability. Without replacement, two different identities may still display the same text.

Shuffle uses uniform sampling without replacement. Removing drawn entries changes only the current remaining pool; Reset restores the original parsed list. Editing the list clears draws and restores its pool. Commas and tabs are literal delimiters, without CSV quoting or multiline quoted-item support.

Lists have a maximum of 1,000 entries and 50,000 input characters; generated output is bounded. TXT preserves result text; sanitized CSV prefixes formula-like cells. No saved lists, cloud upload, certification or weighted selection is provided. Close or navigate away to discard page state.
